Our business is expanding and we are looking for a Resourcer, a Junior Recruitment Consultant and a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Dartford-based team.  

The Senior Recruitment Consultant will have a successful sales and/or recruitment background, ideally from within the education sector. We are looking for someone with a committed, ambitious, dedicated outlook and an eagerness to learn, grow and be part of a successful team. 

The Junior Recruitment Consultant job will suit an ambitious, outgoing, hardworking school leaver or graduate who has an interest in beginning their recruitment career. 

The roles require a mixture of candidate calling, new business calling, interviewing candidates, arranging interviews between schools and candidates, and relationship building with our clients and candidates.
